Rivermont Chimes youth handbell choir is offered to children entering Grades 3 through 5. Those participating in Rivermont Chimes will be able to develop to a higher level their musical talents and skills while they experience the rewards of playing in this unique ensemble.
Rehearsals for this choir are each Wednesday afternoon from 4:30 pm - 5:10 pm beginning September 6, and presentations for this season will be approximately once every 5-6 weeks in a Sunday worship service through May of 2024.
Noah Caldwell is directing the group. Noah is a rising senior at New Covenant Schools and has a huge passion for music. He grew up at Rivermont and at age nine became a member of Rivermont Chimes. For the past seven years, he has been playing handbells, piano, and more recently the organ. In addition to music, Noah has coached at several local Sports Outreach camps for children ages five to eleven. In his free time, he enjoys soccer theater, and jiu jitzu.
