Welcome to Rivermont! We're so glad you're here. As you've been attending, you may have wondered about our worship practices (why do we have so many responsive readings?) or maybe you've wondered what we believe about the Bible or maybe you've wondered how we're governed.

All of these questions and more are answered in our Getting To Know Rivermont (GTKR) class. Our facilitators lead adults through lessons supported by a workbook, PowerPoint slides, and group discussion. Membership is not required once you complete GTKR, but for those wishing to become members, participation in GTKR is a prerequisite. Information on our membership process and baptism can be found here.

Classes are held twice a year and offered in two formats for your convenience:

  1. Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. in Country Gardens.
  2. One Weekend (Friday night 6 - 9 p.m./Saturday morning (8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.) in Fellowship Hall.
