We are working hard to provide as updated a photo directory as possible. Some of you have accessed the photo directory on our website (www.rivermont.org/directory password: REPchurch!) and you’ve noticed that for couples of families, there is only the picture of the head of household, which is often the husband. The reason that shows up like that is that we don’t have a family photo. Instead we have photos of husbands and wives and the church membership software (Breeze) defaults to the head of household photo when there is no family photo. SOOO, over the next three Sundays (March 20, 27 and April 3), members of the Rivermont WEEE Connect Team (WEEE stands for welcome, engage, equip and empower) will be at tables in the Cheatham Reception Center, Locke Commons and Fellowship Hall to do two things. First, check to see if you have a family photo or not. If not, then we’ll take a picture right there on the spot (with kids if you got ‘em). Second, we’d love for you to check your contact info to make sure it is updated. If it’s not, then you can update it right there.  

To make this process even easier, I’m attaching a copy of our latest digital directory. Take a quick look and if you are missing your photo or your contact info is not updated, just hit reply with the right info and you can even email me a family photo if you’d like. Just make sure it’s clear enough to see everyone’s face. Our goal is to have a completed directory with photos of everyone by Easter. Over the next several months, we’re going to email the directory to the membership, so that you can have the latest edition as information does change.
