These are among the many services that the members of the Ushers' Guild perform to help make our worship services "comfortable," thus enabling worshippers to focus their attention on praise, thanksgiving, confession, prayer, singing and the preaching of God's Word.

Ushers' Guild members serve once every two months. They consider it an honor to be able to assist God's people in the effective worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

DEACONS ON CALL(DOC)
When a need arises at REPC that does not fall under our long range schedule, the Ushering Committee
will call on the DOCs. Each deacon will be part of a team that is on call.

The duties of the DOCs include:
●	Staffing of "special events" (concerts, help with funerals, etc.) that are not foreseeable.
●	Assisting the deacons in charge when unexpected overflows occur.
●	Assisting the deacons in charge when the usher guild participation falls short.
●	Filling in for a deacon when an emergency occurs.
