REPC Happenings

A Sunday night "summer option" is being held in Country Gardens. There will be prayer at 5:30, followed at 6:30 by a teaching/video. Please join us for one or both!

Visitors' Luncheon: One of our Neighborhood Care Groups will host a fellowship lunch in Country Gardens Sunday, July 25th, immediately following the 11:00 worship service. All visitors are cordially invited to come for a simple lunch and an opportunity to learn more about the REPC family.

Meetings at REPC: In order to have a meeting or gathering of any kind within a church building, we respectifully request that you first schedule it with Ellen Geisert, our Church Business Administrator. This is necessary not only for scheduling concerns but also for security issues. Also, if you need to prop a door open to drop off supplies, please secure the door before you leave. Thank you.

The REPC Fitness Class will not meet in July or August. Please plan to join us when we resume meeting in September!

Pastor Mabray’s book, The Seven Deadly Sins and Spiritual Transformation, is now in print and available for purchase. For more information, or to purchase a book, please contact the church office or Pastor Mabray. (The books will not be available for sale on the Lord’s Day).

The Flower Calendar for 2010 is almost completely filled. There are only a few spots left. If you would like to give flowers for the Sunday worship service, be sure to check the bulletin board and list your name beside the date of your choice.

Women In Ministry: Oasis begins Thursday, September 9, at 9:30 am.Two studies will be offered: Philippians, led by Phyllis Workman, and The Inheritance, by Beth Moore. Sign up on the Women In Ministry bulletin board or call the church office.

Members in the Military: We would like to update our list of Members in the Military. If you have in your household (or know of) REPC members who are currently serving in our military, please call the church office at 846-3441 or email janet@rivermont.org, giving the person's name, rank, and branch of service. We will print this list in the bulletin on an upcoming Sunday.

Communications Center for CD and Tape Requests
The REPC Communications Center  is located in the Cheatham Reception Area in the closet to the left of the John Knox Room entrance. The Communications Center is where you pick up tapes, CDs, copies of sermons, etc., which you have requested. Items you order are labeled with your name. To order tapes or CDs of services, please use the envelopes in the pew racks labeled "Cassette Tape Order Form."  Complete an order envelope and put it in the offering plate; or, if you decide after the service to order a tape or CD, you can also drop your payment envelope in the clear box located on the shelf in the Communications Center.  Cassette tapes and CDs are just $2 if you pick them up or $3 if mailed.  And lastly, REMEMBER to pick up your order in the Communications Center closet in the Cheatham Reception Area.
